We are currently seeking to add a part-time Nurse Practitioner to complement our current staff at our Internal Medicine Clinic in Pasadena.

Primary Responsibilities:

In-office and telehealth services.

Examines, diagnoses, and treats patients for acute and chronic conditions.

Performs health assessments and preventative health measures.

Prescribes and administers medications, therapies, and procedures. Orders labs, imaging tests, and consultations.

Reviews requested records and ordered laboratory and imaging test results.

Counsels and educates patients and families.

Documents Progress Notes and completes all documentation in a timely manner.

Consults with physician if necessary.

Performs additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in Internal Medicine

Active and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license

Board Certified

Current and unrestricted DEA certificate

Current ACLS or BLS certification.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work collaboratively with the office team and staff

Clear criminal background
