We are seeking an experienced Network Service Delivery Manager with a strong Managed Service Provider (MSP) background to oversee the end-to-end delivery of network services across client and enterprise environments.
\n
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring network operations, support, and service performance consistently meet defined SLAs, KPIs, security requirements, and business objectives.
\n
This role will serve as a key liaison between clients, technical teams, vendors, NOC, engineering, and support organizations while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Network Service Delivery & Operations
\n

- Lead end-to-end delivery of network services, including:
- LAN / WAN
- WLAN
- SD-WAN
- VPN
- Firewalls
- Cloud Networking
- Ensure network services meet established SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Coordinate with NOC, network engineering, and support teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
- Ensure service continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
- Monitor service health and proactively address operational risks.
