PRESIDENT | SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Base salary: $225,000–$275,000 + 3% Equity opportunity
ParkerBeth Search Partners is conducting a confidential search for a President to lead an established Southern California painting and reconstruction contractor serving commercial, multifamily and HOA customers.
This is a hands-on operating leadership opportunity for an executive who wants to own the whole business. You will guide approximately 165 employees, oversee company P&L and build leaders across production, estimating, finance, operations and sales.

- Work with investors on major strategic decisions while managing the business independently.
WHAT WE NEED
- Demonstrated construction contracting operations and P&L leadership
- Direct experience leading managers and field employees
- Approachable, hands-on and decisive
- Painting, reconstruction and HOA/multifamily experience are helpful but not mandatory.
LOCATION AND PACKAGE
- Orange County base with regular jobsite presence and occasional Oceanside/San Diego travel
- Base $225K–$275K plus equity opportunity
