The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for the full shift — safety, productivity, on-time shipments, order accuracy, and the people. You will own shift performance data, partner with staffing needs, and build a floor culture where associates know expectations, feel supported, and take pride in their work. This is a high-visibility role in a company that is actively building its U.S. operation.
What You'll Do
• Supervise daily operations across inbound, outbound, and returns for your assigned shift
• Own shift KPIs: safety incidents, productivity, on-time ship %, order accuracy, and attendance
• Schedule labor, manage timecards, and partner with staffing decisions, disciplinary matters, and performance reviews
• Conduct safety briefs, manage incident reporting, and drive corrective actions — including OSHA compliance
• Improve SOPs and lead Lean or continuous improvement projects to reduce cost per order and defect rates
• Provide clear shift handoffs with status, open issues, and escalations documented
What You'll Bring
• 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience; B2C parcel fulfillment experience is a must
• Strong people leadership: hiring, training, coaching, and managing performance with consistency
• Comfortable using WMS dashboards and productivity metrics to build shift-level action plans
• Experience with OSHA safety requirements, incident reporting, and corrective action documentation
