Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role offers both full-time and part-time options, making it ideal for professionals seeking flexible scheduling while making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners. Working closely with a diverse student caseload, you’ll provide critical services to help children achieve their communication and academic goals.

Ideal candidates hold ASHA certification as an SLP-CCC or are pursuing their SLP-CF, and are passionate about fostering growth in school-aged children. Both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows are welcome; comprehensive CF supervision will be provided for those completing their fellowship year.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CF (Clinical Fellowship applicants encouraged)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with elementary and/or middle school populations
  • Solid understanding of IEPs and school-based documentation
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with a variety of speech and language needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services as specified in IEPs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other support staff to promote student success
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
