Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Alternative Schedule: 10-hour shifts available
Setting: 100% Outpatient
Salary: $228,000–$350,000/year
Sign-On Bonus: Available

Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care
We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care team in Lancaster, California.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing comprehensive, high-quality primary care and building long-term relationships with patients. The position focuses on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, acute care, and continuity of care in a structured, supportive outpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope outpatient family medicine to adult and family patient populations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Provide preventive care, including annual physicals, wellness visits, and age-appropriate screenings.
- Manage chronic diseases and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Coordinate patient care with specialists and ancillary services.
- Educate patients regarding disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, medications, and treatment adherence.
- Establish strong, ongoing relationships with patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate primary care.
- Ability to manage a diverse outpatient patient population.
