Role Description The Restaurant Sales Representative is a contract role responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting The Fantastic Labs’ services to restaurant and hospitality clients in Irvine, CA. In this hybrid position, the representative spends part of the time meeting with prospects and clients on-site and part of the time working from home to manage follow-ups and administrative tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying restaurant leads, conducting sales presentations and product demos, building strong client relationships, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities, preparing proposals tailored to restaurant operations, collaborating with internal consultants to align solutions with client needs, and tracking sales performance. This position requires consistent communication with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand their challenges and recommend appropriate consulting and training services.

- Sales and business development skills focused on restaurant or hospitality clients, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Client relationship management abilities, such as building trust, handling objections, and maintaining long-term accounts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations, revenue drivers, and industry trends, with experience in food service or hospitality considered an advantage.
- Comfort with hybrid work in Irvine, CA, including on-site client visits and remote work using CRM tools and online collaboration platforms.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and reporting responsibilities.
- Self-motivated mindset, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently under a contract arrangement.
- Preferred qualifications include prior B2B sales experience, familiarity with consulting or training services, and an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
