Content Review Operations Specialist
Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080
Work Setup: Hybrid
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Contract: 6+ Months with possible extension
Pay: $70.02/hour on W2
Job Summary
Seeking a Content Review Operations Specialist to support digital content operations and Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) review processes for a leading healthcare organization. This role will support Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM), content approvals, claims, metadata, digital assets, and stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support content review and approval workflows.
- Manage claims, metadata, document quality checks, and digital assets.
- Provide user support for Veeva Vault PromoMats access and workflows.
- Coordinate with internal teams, affiliates, and external agencies.
- Track issues and support process improvements.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in content operations, digital asset management, marketing operations, content review, or project coordination.
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or a similar platform preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-support skills.
- Pharma, biotech, healthcare, or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
