Our client, located in beautiful Central California, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee Case Management in the acute care hospital setting.
A bachelor's degree in nursing and 5+ years of related experience are required. Active CA registered RN is required.

RN Case Management Supervisor Responsibilities:
This role provides overall supervision of staff and activities in the Case Management department. Accountabilities include monitoring, evaluating, and directing staff and assigned department functions. The incumbent will assist with recruitment and hiring of staff, evaluation of staff competency, coaching and counseling assigned staff, ongoing evaluation and refinement of staff development programs, and oversight of staff schedules.
Requirements for the RN Supervisor-Case Management:
- 5+ years of related Inpatient/Acute Care/Hospital Case Management nursing experience
- Active RN California license
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience is preferred.
