Responsibilities:
- Collect medical records, medical bills, and other documents
- Calendar all deadlines, tasks, and events
- Obtain and record client data using our case management software
- Frequent contact with clients to ensure compliance with medical treatment
- Frequent contact with health care providers to ensure completeness of medical records and bills
- Stay on top of clients' medical treatment
- Overall support to Attorney
- Demand writing
- Negotiation of liens
Qualifications:
- Thoroughness, follow-through, and extreme attention to detail!
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent "people" skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Able to successfully deal with a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish -- both written and spoken (preferred, but not deal-breaker)
