Personal Injury Attorney (All Experience Levels)

Salary: $100,000 – $175,000 per year, plus bonus structure
About the Firm
The Law Offices of Anthony Ellis, PC is a personal injury litigation and trial firm. We represent injured people and their families in California state court, including premises liability, motor vehicle, and wrongful death cases. We prepare our cases for trial from day one.
The Role
We're hiring a Personal Injury Attorney to join our litigation team. Attorneys at every experience level are welcome to apply, from newly licensed to seasoned litigators. You'll get immediate, hands-on litigation experience. You'll work real cases from the start, not sit on the sidelines.
What You'll Do
- Handle a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and oppositions
- Take and defend depositions
- Work with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Prepare cases for trial and support trial work, or lead it, depending on experience
Qualifications
- Active California State Bar license in good standing
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Personal injury litigation experience is a plus
- Trial experience is a major plus
Compensation
- Base salary of $100,000 – $175,000, depending on experience
- Bonus structure in addition to base salary
