Work with K–12 students as a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) in San Marcos, CA. This full-time opportunity offers consistent weekday hours, a supportive team environment, and the chance to make a measurable difference in student development.

What You’ll Do

Provide occupational therapy services based on each student’s IEP
Assess motor, sensory, and functional skills
Develop individualized OT interventions to support learning and independence
Track progress and maintain documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals
Supervise COTAs and assist across multiple school sites as needed

What You’ll Bring

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active California OT license and NBCOT certification
Experience working with school-aged children preferred
Excellent communication and organization skills
Reliability and commitment to helping students succeed
