Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to assist in providing rehabilitative care to skilled nursing patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery.
Responsibilities:

Deliver PTA-directed therapeutic interventions

Assist patients with mobility and strengthening exercises

Monitor patient tolerance and response to treatment

Document daily treatment sessions

Support interdisciplinary care planning
Requirements:

CA PTA license
-
SNF experience preferred
