Pay Rate: $19.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift

Responsibilities
- Perform routine cycle counts of raw materials, components, finished goods, and other inventory.
- Compare physical inventory quantities against inventory system records.
- Identify and research inventory discrepancies and communicate findings as needed.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, storage locations, and material labels.
- Enter inventory counts and related transactions accurately into the inventory system.
- Maintain accurate documentation for inventory adjustments and count results.
- Help identify misplaced, damaged, obsolete, or incorrectly labeled materials.
- Maintain organized inventory and storage locations.
- Assist with physical inventories and inventory audits.
- Work with warehouse, receiving, shipping, purchasing, and production personnel to resolve inventory issues.
- Follow established inventory-control and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Use pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, stockroom, or material handling preferred.
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory-control procedures.
- Ability to accurately count, record, and reconcile inventory.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills required.
- Experience using an ERP or inventory-management system preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
- Ability to read part numbers, labels, purchase orders, and inventory documentation.
- Strong basic math skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with multiple departments.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, crouch, and access various inventory locations.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use ladders, pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment as required
