Work Environment\n
This position is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while interacting closely with a supportive clinical team through virtual collaboration tools. As an outpatient office focused practice, you will have a structured work schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, that allows for a balanced work-life harmony.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address relationship and mental health challenges faced by clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychological and emotional needs, utilizing tools such as standardized assessments to inform treatment plans.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies, including cognitive-behavioral interventions and solution-focused techniques, adapting them to best fit the unique circumstances of each client.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinical supervisors in case consultation meetings to discuss client progress and enhance treatment efficacy.
