- Run a CNC grinding machine—no G-code experience required—to achieve repeatable, production-ready accuracy

What you bring
- Sharp eye for detail and the discipline to follow documented instructions
- Background in manufacturing or packaging environments
- Personal accountability; collaborative mindset plus the ability to work solo
- Comfort lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for an 8-hour shift
- Confident shop math skills
