Northern California drivers who want long-haul miles with a predictable pattern can count on this OTR solo seat to run on a steady cycle of time out and time off. You stay out two to three weeks, then take two to three days off.
Most of your loads are refrigerated, with some dry freight mixed in, and all of it is no-touch. Where you deliver and how long your hauls run depend on where you live.
The Work:
- OTR solo driving across varied delivery locations
- Mostly refrigerated freight, with some dry loads
- No-touch freight on every load
- Haul lengths shaped around your home location
- Regular communication with customers and your fleet manager
Schedule:
- 2-3 weeks out on the road
- 2-3 days off between runs
Equipment:
- Company-provided Freightliner trucks three years old or newer
- Automatic transmissions
- Pulling 53' trailers
- Equipped with the latest safety features
Support on the Road:
- A safety culture backed by modern safety equipment
- One of the newest fleets in the country, kept running smoothly so your rig doesn't slow you down
Pay Details:
- Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly
- Pay per mile (CPM)
- Pay is based on 1+years of experience to these OTR accounts
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
