Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Deliver physical therapy services that align with the established plan of care, collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary team.
- Treatment Administration: Adhere to the prescribed plan of care, administer treatments, monitor patient responses, and communicate any significant changes in condition to the Case Manager.
- Accurate Charting: Ensure timely and accurate online charting using Kinnser software on devices provided by the company.
- Supervision: Provide oversight and supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as required.
Qualifications:
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Physical Therapist License to practice in California.
