We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Head Server to lead our front-of-house team, ensure flawless dining room operations, and deliver memorable experiences to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Floor Leadership: Guide and mentor servers, bussers, and hosts during shifts to ensure efficient floor service and guest satisfaction.
- Guest Relations: Welcoming guests, handling customer feedback or concerns with hospitality, and maintaining high service standards.
- Menu Mastery: Possess deep knowledge of our food, desserts, drinks, and catering tray offerings to guide guest choices and up-sell specials.
- Shift Operations: Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, drawer balancing, and POS floor management.
- Team Coordination: Act as the primary link between the front-of-house staff and the kitchen/management team during busy meal rushes.
