SALARY: $18.50 per hour
LOCATION: Sacramento, CA
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–2:30 PM | On-Site

· Consistent Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime schedule with weekends generally off.
· Hands-On Training: Learn industry-specific processes and systems while working with an experienced team.
· Variety in Your Day: Your work will include document processing, research, data entry, and communicating with different departments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Process, organize, validate, and complete automotive title and collateral paperwork.
· Review documents for accuracy and follow established procedures and requirements.
· Research information and help resolve title-related questions or issues.
· Enter and update information using company software and Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
· Communicate by phone and email with internal departments, clients, and motor vehicle agencies.
· Manage a high volume of work while meeting productivity and quality standards.
· Fax, email, and respond to inquiries as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Experience with data entry, document review, or administrative support.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
· Perform repetitive keyboard and mouse tasks throughout the day.
· Occasionally lift or move up to 35 pounds.
· Ability to work overtime when business needs require.
