We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of accounts receivable and or accounting experience and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles. This role involves managing accounts receivable processes, including collecting money from customers, sending out weekly statements, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, reconciling driver/route paperwork at the end of each day, and maintaining meticulous financial records. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team, possesses excellent communication skills, and is proficient in accounting software. Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Route Driver Paperwork
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must have accounting and or A/R Experience
- Quickbooks Qualified
- Efficient in Excel
