Location: Tracy, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift: Monday through Friday 7am to 330pm
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Tracy, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and assist with accounts payable transactions and documentation.
- Pull and organize reports as needed.
- Use Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets, including basic formulas.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Respond to emails and provide timely follow-up.
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors, customers, and internal team members.
- Maintain accurate records and organize financial and administrative documents.
- Assist with other office and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous accounts payable, accounting, or administrative experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use basic formulas.
- Ability to pull, review, and organize reports.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
