The maintenance worker will assist with all tasks associated with the care and upkeep of the Cow Palace. This includes opening and locking doors and gates for renters' access, setting up and taking down for events, repairing door knobs/bathroom locks, setting up traffic guidance (cones, stanchions, barricades), painting, wall repair, drain cleaning, and more. Clean ups and janitorial work are part of the job, but we also work with a janitorial company to handle the majority of that type of work during an event. The ideal candidate will be willing, helpful, and think of our Cow Palace guests.
Candidate should be able to lift 50 lbs. Forklift certification is preferred but not necessary (will pay extra for this experience) Ability to speak Spanish should is very helpful.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
