Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Purpose: Lead a cement plant to achieve safe, reliable, cost-effective, and compliant operations while delivering production, quality, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant operations across production, maintenance, quality, and process functions.
- Drive world-class safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence.
- Meet production, cost, quality, and budget targets.
- Manage plant budgets, capital projects, and cost control initiatives.
- Develop and lead high-performing teams, succession planning, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment with company culture and business objectives.
- Embed UNA Culture values, reinforcing leadership behaviors, collaboration and performance discipline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree in Engineering or related field (Master?s preferred).
- 10?15 years of experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong experience in cement, mining, aggregates, lime, steel, or similar heavy industries.
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations, budgeting, maintenance, operations, and SAP.
