We are seeking a Security Guard/Loss Prevention to join our team!&nbsp;You&nbsp;will be responsible for implementing procedures and systems to prevent merchandise loss.&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Monitor&nbsp;and patrol&nbsp;premises to detect and locate&nbsp;suspected shoplifters</li>
<li>Safely recover assets and make&nbsp;apprehensions&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify issues of&nbsp;operational errors&nbsp;and policy violations</li>
<li>Conduct routine audits and inspections&nbsp;</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve various&nbsp;fraud and&nbsp;theft cases</li>
<li>Assist in the development of&nbsp;policies and&nbsp;systems for safeguarding assets</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in&nbsp;surveillance, loss prevention, or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with&nbsp;retail security equipment</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
