Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee daily Human Resources operations
- Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies and support organizational growth
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Coach managers on employee performance, feedback, and best people practices
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Support employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reporting
- Coordinate training, development, and other HR initiatives

Requirements:

- 5+ years previous Human Resources management experience
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and employment practices
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
