Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification
- Experience working with students in grades 7-8 or similar age range
- Strong understanding of IEP goals and accommodations

- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted instruction and academic support in accordance with each student’s IEP
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to student abilities
- Monitor progress, document achievements, and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with special education requirements
- Support students’ social and emotional growth in addition to academics
