We are looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who are skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and turning over service calls into replacement opportunities.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC field experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Experience servicing residential heating and air conditioning systems.
Proven experience turning service calls into equipment replacement sales.
Ability to identify repair versus replacement opportunities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
EPA certification required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
