To be responsible for providing high quality care to clients by helping with a range of services such as assisting with daily living activities and observing outlined policies and procedures.

Job involves moving to multiple clients, 7am-11am and 3pm-6pm, time may vary to more depending on clients needs. Transport and mileage reimbursed in between client visits as per California law and traveling time paid too.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Assist clients with daily activities and personal care including, but not limited to meal preparation, eating, bathing, and dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom
• Provide clients with mobility assistance
• Make transport arrangements for the client as needed
• Prepare and submit all applicable documentations in accordance with policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
• A high school diploma or a general education degree (GED)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess current CPR certification
• Must be registered with CDSS Guardian Registry.
• Experience in home health, home care and hospice industry are a plus
NB: This role does not involve any medical activities.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to details
• Have impeccable personal hygiene
• Ability to pass required TB test and physical exam
• Ability to perform light housekeeping
• Proven ability to behave with respect and compassion
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
Language; English speaking Plus Cantonese, Mandarin and Spanish speaking will be an added advantage.
