Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Rancho Santa Margarita CA 92688
Duration: 24+ months
Payrate: $26/hr. on W2 ( All Inclusive)
Schedule: The start time for this position is between 5:00am and 7:00am.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
- You will support mechanical inspection processes on day shift.
- Through on-the-job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated inspection operations, including performing visual inspections under a microscope and operating precision inspection equipment.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position.
Skills:
- Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
- Strong manual dexterity
- High volume parts inspection and handling
- Automated inspection equipment operation
- Microscopic visual inspection
- Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some college or technical coursework preferred
- Ability to read and converse in English
- Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
