Job Summary:
Cannabis Production Technicians are directly involved in manufacturing our products from the initial stages to final sale-ready units that will be distributed to dispensaries throughout the state and ultimately into the hands of our customers who enjoy our top-of-the-line branded products.
Nature of Seasonal Employment:
This position is classified as seasonal and temporary in nature. Seasonal employment is intended to support increased production demands and is expected to last for a limited duration. While the Company anticipates this assignment may continue for a predetermined number of days and/or through peak season, business needs may change.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manipulating flower and oil.
- Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.
- Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.
- Required to hit specific cycle times in each position.
- Required to work in a high-volume manual production assembly line and achieve both individual and team performance goals.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be at least 21 years old, as required by state law.
- Ability to work well with others and independently.
- Ability to learn and adapt to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis.
- Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment to meet goals without sacrificing quality.
