Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to create individualized therapy plans tailored to clients’ needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, employing various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and updated clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with both legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to optimize integrative client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
