We’re looking for experienced Leasing Consultants and Property Managers who know the apartment industry, love working with people, and can hit the ground running!

We have TEMPORARY & TEMP-TO-HIRE OPPORTUNITIES available with WEEKLY PAY!
LOCATIONS:
Positions available throughout Victorville and surrounding cities, including:
Victorville, Barstow, Apple Valley, San Bernardino, Redlands, Ontario And surrounding areas!
LEASING CONSULTANT DUTIES:
- Welcome prospective residents and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments
- Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork
- Follow up with prospective residents and help drive occupancy
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident requests
- Maintain accurate resident and leasing records
- Assist with marketing and maintaining curb appeal
- Handle resident concerns professionally and promptly
- Follow all Fair Housing laws and company policies
PROPERTY MANAGER DUTIES:
- Oversee daily operations of the apartment community
- Manage leasing activity, occupancy, renewals, and resident relations
- Supervise and support onsite staff and maintenance teams
- Handle resident concerns, notices, and day-to-day property issues
- Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and property repairs
- Assist with budgets, reports, rent collections, and administrative duties
- Conduct property inspections and help maintain community standards
- Support marketing and leasing efforts to meet occupancy goals
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and applicable regulations
- Provide a professional, welcoming experience for current and prospective residents
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ Apartment/Property Management Experience Required
✅ Leasing or Property Management experience
✅ Fair Housing knowledge/experience REQUIRED
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Professional appearance and positive attitude
✅ Strong organizational and follow-up skills
✅ Reliable transportation REQUIRED
✅ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Bilingual is a PLUS! — Spanish/English and other languages welcome
