**CHOMP is a NICOTINE-FREE facility - all drug reports must have a negative result for nicotine/cotinine. If tested positive, will submit for review if traveler has been prescribed a nicotine patch. For all reports with no legitimate reason for positive nicotine/cotinine, the contract will be cancelled.
Higher level of care (PHP/IOP/Residential)
MUST HAVE ADOLESCENT EXPERIENCE - AGES 11-17
DBT experience would be preferred
Fulltime.
" California License required? Yes
" LCSW or LMFT and BLS AHA required - MUST be LCSW or LMFT
" How many years experience? 1 year
" Hours 8:30-5 pm
" Weekends? On rare occasion, if patient/family need
