Intake Specialist
Build a Career in Mortgage Lending with Button Finance
Schedule: Full-Time, In Office
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour + Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with homeowners who have requested loan information online
Verify customer information and provide a friendly first impression of Button Finance
Identify qualified opportunities and transfer them to a licensed Loan Officer
Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM
Learn our proven call process while developing your own natural communication style
Meet daily performance goals while maintaining excellent customer service

Preferred Experience
One or more of the following is a plus:
Call center experience
Customer service
Appointment setting
Inside sales
Collections
Mortgage, banking, or financial services
No mortgage experience? No problem—we'll teach you.
