We are seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to support retail prescription operations across two pharmacy locations. The technician will work a fixed schedule by location under the supervision of one pharmacist, traveling between locations as needed with no same-day travel required.

Responsibilities

• Process retail prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare medications in accordance with pharmacy procedures and safety standards.
• Assist patients with prescription-related needs and provide courteous customer service.
• Verify insurance coverage and support insurance claims processing.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and help maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records.
• Work according to the fixed schedule assigned at each location.
• Travel between pharmacy locations as needed, without same-day travel.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy operations.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Experience with prescription dispensing and pharmacy software.
• Knowledge of medication safety, insurance claims processing, inventory control, and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service, and communication skills.
