A national plaintiff firm that represents mesothelioma and asbestos-cancer patients is hiring litigation attorneys for its Emeryville office, minutes from Oakland and Berkeley. Several seats are open, from junior associates to experienced litigators.

You will carry plaintiff cases through discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation; take and defend depositions; build medical and exposure histories with clients and families; and travel often for depositions and hearings.

California Bar in good standing. Plaintiff litigation experience; asbestos is ideal, but complex litigation, toxic tort, mass tort, medical malpractice, product liability and premises liability all fit. Strong junior attorneys with real deposition and motion work are welcome. Mostly in the office, with flexibility when life requires it.

$125,000 for junior attorneys, up to $200,000 with experience, and higher for an exceptional candidate. Full benefits.
