\n Join a Community Health Center with 100+ Providers (30+ Physicians and 75+ APP’s) in 20+ locations as they grow.

\n They are expanding their Long Care Facilities/Skilled Nursing Facilities team. PM&R physician on site.

\n Collaborate with other Physicians, APP's, healthcare professionals to form a high performing team.

\n 100 beds - long term and short term facility
\n 15-18 patients / day
\n NP's on staff and NP's do discharges

\n Employed
\n Monday - Friday - no nights, no weekends
\n Dragon dictation with AI scribe
\n Skilled Nursing Facilities / Long term care facilities
\n EMR: eClinicalWorks

Adding: Family Med, Internal Med, Med Peds, Geriatrics, SNFist
