The Catering Staff Member supports private events by preparing and serving food and beverages, assisting guests, maintaining safe and sanitary service areas, and helping ensure smooth event operations. This role reports to the event coordinator and catering manager during events and requires no travel beyond one venue.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and venue preparation.
- Prepare food and support buffet replenishment.
- Provide table service and beverage service.
- Assist guests throughout private events.
- Clear tables and maintain organized service areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Support venue cleanup after events.
- Assist with inventory support as needed.
