Job DescriptionEstimator / Project Manager – Construction We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong construction estimating and project management experience and be comfortable managing multiple projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Prepare project estimates and material takeoffs.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Track project costs and maintain documentation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of construction estimating/project management experience.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk, Smartsheet, Word, and Excel preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $80,000–$125,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-time
Location: Ventura, CA – In Person
