Employment Type: W2 Contract – 6 Months with Possibility for Extensions
Pay Rate: $45.00–$50.72/hour – Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)

Role Overview
BEPC is seeking an experienced BSA/AML Analyst to support our customer’s financial compliance operations in Plano, TX.
This position will support Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance activities, including suspicious transaction investigations, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), customer risk assessments, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
The ideal candidate will bring significant hands-on experience with BSA/AML compliance within a banking or financial institution environment, along with strong investigative, analytical, and documentation skills. Experience in banking and auto lending is particularly relevant to this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious financial transactions and activities.
- Perform comprehensive Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for high-risk customers.
- Conduct customer risk ratings for deposit and commercial lending customers during onboarding.
- Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify potentially suspicious activity or money laundering risks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for regulatory authorities as required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations, findings, and compliance activities.
- Support ongoing BSA/AML compliance processes and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the development and implementation of AML training programs for employees.
- Maintain awareness of relevant BSA/AML laws, regulations, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and external agencies when required.
- Escalate identified risks or suspicious activities through appropriate compliance channels.
- Support the BSA/AML Officer with additional compliance activities, projects, and assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of direct experience with BSA/AML compliance processes, procedures, and regulations, or directly related compliance experience within a bank or other financial institution.
- 4+ years of direct experience conducting AML investigations, EDD reviews, and/or fraud investigations.
- Banking experience.
- Auto-lending experience.
- Strong understanding of BSA/AML compliance requirements and processes.
- Experience conducting customer risk assessments and high-risk customer reviews.
- Experience monitoring and investigating financial transactions.
- Proficiency with AML software and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare clear, comprehensive investigation and compliance documentation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with compliance and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional experience within auto finance.
- Experience supporting BSA/AML programs within banking or other regulated financial institutions.
- Experience working with high-risk customer populations.
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.
- Strong knowledge of financial crime prevention and fraud investigation practices.
