Calyxo is seeking a reliable Material Handler to support daily manufacturing operations by receiving, organizing, moving, and accurately tracking materials throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and components.
- Move materials between receiving, warehouse, and production areas.
- Pick and stage materials for production according to work orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions and material movements in SAP.
- Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Prepare materials and finished products for shipment.
- Verify quantities, labels, and documentation for incoming and outgoing materials.
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse/work area.
- Follow established safety, quality, and material-handling procedures.
- Support production needs and work occasional overtime when required.
Qualifications
- Previous material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
- SAP knowledge/experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ability to safely move and handle materials in a manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting production deadlines.
- Reliable, organized, and safety-conscious.
