We are partnering with a solo practitioner who is seeking experienced Contract Employment Attorneys to support an increased volume of work on a temporary, contract basis.
This opportunity is ideal for attorneys looking for flexible, remote contract work while continuing other professional commitments.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support on a range of employment law matters

Assist with advice and counseling issues, including workplace policies and compliance

Draft, review, and revise employment-related documents and correspondence

Support ongoing matters as needed based on workload and availability

Collaborate directly with the solo practitioner in a responsive, efficient manner
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
-
Active and in good standing with the California State Bar

Prior experience practicing employment law
-
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Reliable availability during agreed-upon hours
