Job DescriptionMIG Welder
We are hiring experienced MIG Welders to weld sheet metal products, including bus ramps and other transportation-related equipment.

Shift Options
<ul>
<li>
Swing Shift: Monday–Friday:&nbsp;5am-130pm
</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>
At least 2-5&nbsp;year of MIG welding experience
</li>
<li>
MIG welding certification required
</li>
<li>
Must be able to pass a fillet weld test
</li>
<li>
Basic knowledge of fabrication drawings
</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Perform consistent, high-quality hand welds
</li>
<li>
Identify acceptable welds and maintain quality standards
</li>
<li>
Load weld fixtures and complete hand welds accurately
</li>
<li>
Set up fixtures and welding machines (with supervision)
</li>
<li>
Operate equipment such as:
<ul>
<li>
Overhead crane
</li>
<li>
Forklift
</li>
<li>
Hydraulic press
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Follow directions from the Foreman
</li>
<li>
Identify and report process or equipment issues
</li>
<li>
Understand and operate machine controls needed for assigned tasks
</li>
