That's the whole point of ABA at DV Therapy Learning Center: Not making a child fit in, but giving them the skills to connect with the world on their own terms. We're looking for a BCBA who believes that too and who wants a team, a caseload, and a clinic that make it possible!

Most ABA providers put a BCBA in a room with RBTs and a caseload. DV Therapy puts you alongside speech-language pathologists (SLPs & SLPAs) and occupational therapists (OTs and COTAs) serving the same children because a client's communication, regulation, and behavior don't live in separate departments. We're hiring a BCBA at our Bakersfield center to lead individualized, play-based, family-involved programs as part of that integrated team. Our mission is simple: help kids build the skills to connect with the world and the people who matter to them.

• $90K$105K per year This is your base salary. Were not hiding any bonuses in there.

• One clinic, your community. Your caseload will be your clinic + in-home cases localized to your clinic. Were not going to ask you to travel to other regions (except for occasional coverage)

• Speech and OT on every team and right down the hall. An integrated pediatric team you collaborate with in person, not through referrals. Every one of our centers has ABA, Speech, and OT integrated. This is a whole team effort!

• Weekly billable expectation of 25-30 hours (number of cases that make up your caseload will vary based on necessary levels of care)

What We Need You To Bring:

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, required

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA services

• Bilingual (Spanish) a huge plus!

What We Need You To Do:

Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans

Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support

Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies

Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques

Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff

Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development

Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes
