Job DescriptionSeeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as Associate Medical Director of Adult Medicine. This is a hybrid leadership and clinical role supporting high-quality care for diverse and underserved populations.Schedule

Monday–Friday
• 1 administrative/leadership day
• 4 clinical days

Compensation

• $150K – $200K annually

• Annual leadership stipend

• Signing bonus

• Loan repayment eligibility

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and provider mentorship

• Support quality initiatives and care coordination

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and provider evaluations

• Deliver full-scope adult primary care

• Collaborate on policy development and program design

Requirements

• Active CA NP license

• Board certified

• 3+ years clinical experience

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Community health or underserved experience is a plus
