  • Secure the AWS/Kubernetes platform and produce compliance evidence (SOC 2, NCUA/FFIEC, GLBA)

Must-haves

  • 5–10 years of experience as an IC platform engineer or site reliability engineer
  • Hands-on with AWS, Kubernetes, service mesh, GitOps and infrastructure-as-code

  • Comfortable using AI-native tools (Claude Code, Cursor) day to day

Compensation and location

  • $240K–$320K USD base plus competitive equity
  • $5K–$10K relocation bonus for candidates moving from outside the Bay Area
  • Onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco's Financial District
  • Open to visa transfers (e.g., OPT, H-1B transfers)

Interview process

  1. Hiring manager interview with the CTO & Co-Founder (45 minutes)
  2. Coding / technical deep dive with the CTO (45 minutes)
  3. Final onsite with the CTO, CEO and team (2–3 hours)
