Qualifications:

- California medical license
- Board certification in Ophthalmology
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an ophthalmology residency
- Knowledge and skills in comprehensive ophthalmic care
- Understanding of medical sciences and evidence-based practices
- Familiarity with diagnostic methods and treatment modalities
- Knowledge of public health principles and infection control
- Awareness of ethical, legal, and regulatory standards
