Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting as well as reaching out to leads provided by the agent
- Quote and sell a variety of insurance products including home, auto, life, and business insurance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
Requirements
- Highly motivated and competitive mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
- California Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
