Role Description:
\n
The Licensed Acupuncturist will provide direct patient care in an on-site, full-time role located in Santa Ynez, CA. Day-to-day responsibilities include patient intakes with chart notes, providing treatment plans, and administering acupuncture. Related modalities such as moxibustion, massage and herbal care is welcomed. The successful applicant will collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary, and uphold clinic standards for safety, cleanliness, and professional ethics. Additional responsibilities may include participating in practice development activities, patient outreach, and occasional evening or weekend hours as needed to support clinic operations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Oriental Medicine, with the ability to integrate traditional and evidence-informed approaches to patient care.

- Demonstrated clinical proficiency in Acupuncture, including assessment, point selection, and safe needle technique.
\n
\n
\n

- Current license or certification as an Acupuncturist in the state of California, in good standing.
\n
\n
\n

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse, established patient population.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation, scheduling, and treatment follow-up.
